Visitor Services and Membership Ambassador (Part-Time)
Responsibilities
The Autry seeks a Visitor Services and Membership Ambassador to work 16–24 hours per week. Work hours will include Saturday and Sunday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Through engaging and positive customer service, the VSM Ambassador helps provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for Autry visitors. Tasks include selling admission tickets and encouraging memberships sales to visitors, disseminating event and exhibition information, and balancing daily admissions sales.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have one or more years of college coursework completed or related work experience; one or more years providing superior customer service in a similar environment; and one or more years of cash-handling experience. Experience in admissions and/or membership sales is a plus. This position requires strong interpersonal, communications, and organizational skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality is a must.
