Project Coordinator Heritage Square Museum

Heritage Square Museum’s eight rescued historic structures tell the story of the development of Southern California like no place else.

The Museum is seeking a computer savvy and organized part-time (20 hour/week) Project Coordinator for its new preservation program.

Pay is $11-$13 per hour.

Responsibilities: Grant reporting to government agencies and private foundations, coordinate efforts of consultants, instructors and partner institutions in forming and implementing curriculum, student recruitment and placement and office duties as necessary including: data management, filing, word processing, etc.

Qualifications: A knowledge of and passion for Heritage Square’s mission and purpose, 2+ years work experience in non-profit grants reporting, 2+ years work experience in a construction environment, local residents only, weekend hours required. Fax resume and cover letter to 323-225-2725.
